Fajita Macaronis — Spicy, Creamy & Full of Desi Flavour


There’s something magical about combining juicy chicken, flavorful spices, and soft macaronis — especially when it’s made with love at home. Today, I’m sharing my quick and cozy recipe for Fajita Macaronis, a perfect comfort meal with desi vibes and fajita flair. Let’s get cooking!

๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:


½ kg boneless chicken


1 tbsp ginger garlic paste



Household spices (according to your taste)


1 packet (or more) of fajita macaroni sachet


Macaronis (boiled & strained)



Cold water (for rinsing macaronis)



For Garnishing:


Sliced green pepper



Julienned ginger


Fresh coriander leaves

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method:


1. Brown the Chicken:

In a pan, add a little oil and sautรฉ ginger garlic paste. Once fragrant, add boneless chicken and cook until nicely browned.



2. Add Spices:

Sprinkle your favorite ghar ke masalay — salt, red chili, crushed coriander, black pepper, whatever you love.




3. Fajita Flavor Boost:

Add the fajita macaroni sachet according to your chicken quantity. Mix well until everything is beautifully coated.



4. Boil the Macaronis:

Separately, boil your macaronis. Don’t over-boil — just until they’re tender. Then strain and immediately rinse with cold water. This keeps them separate and non-sticky.




5. Combine & Cook:

Mix the strained macaronis into the chicken mixture and give it a gentle toss on low flame.




6. Garnish & Serve:

Top it off with green pepper slices, ginger, and fresh coriander.

Serve hot and enjoy the creamy, spicy deliciousness!
