Today, I'm sharing my go-to weight gain smoothie recipe that’s creamy, filling, and tastes like a dessert ๐Ÿ˜‹

✨ Ingredients:


1 large banana (ripe for sweetness)


1 cup full-fat milk (or almond milk for extra calories)


2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural & unsweetened)


1/2 cup oats (soaked for 10 mins in warm water)


1 tablespoon honey or dates (optional, for sweetness)


2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or cream


1 scoop protein powder (optional, but great for muscle tone)


A pinch of cinnamon (adds flavor + boosts digestion)


Ice cubes (optional)
