2 eggs ðĨ
2 slices of bread ð
1 tbsp finely chopped onion ð§
1 tbsp chopped tomato ð
1 green chili (optional) ðķ️

Pinch of black pepper
Chopped fresh coriander ðŋ
1 tsp oil or butter for frying

1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add salt, chili flakes, black pepper, onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander. Beat well.
2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with butter or oil.
3. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
4. Place the soaked bread onto the hot pan and pour some extra egg mixture over it.
